Crazy is the new normal
As promised, here's a picture of our newest family member after her graduation. If she looks a little excited in the picture, it's only because she hadn't yet attempted to unpack all of her worldly possessions into her new room (our former Guest Room) with no hangers or chest of drawers or shoe rack - wow, did we have a shopping spree at Target! Still, she's settling in nicely, I think, and we all just need to rest, chill out, and figure out what real life looks like with three humans, three cats, and a Pug in our house.
In other news, I do believe the Wellbutrin is working well for me. I did have a REALLY bad day just after I'd written my entry about how good I felt, but I'm pretty sure that's just hormonal because I got TTOM a couple of days later and the crushing depression I was feeling disappeared completely and hasn't appeared since. I've got an appointment with my Primary Care Physician in about two weeks for my three-times-a-year diabetic check-up and we're also supposed to evaluate how I'm doing with the Wellbutrin and consider adding something for anxiety. At this point, I don't think I need to add anything else but we'll see how I feel by then.
Alright, I have to go, but I'll write more over the weekend. (Teaser: I've been thinking about weight loss recently.)
