Here's the plan, Stan

Monday night. OK, seems the only way I'm going to stick to my half marathon training schedule is if I post it here and then come back to tell you when I've done it. Accordingly, here's my schedule for this week:

Monday/today - 1 mile walk DONE!
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - 2 mile walk DONE!
Thursday - 45 minutes water aerobics (7:15 pm class) DONE!
Friday - off
Saturday - 4 mile walk DONE!
Sunday - 45 minutes Just My Size Yoga

Next week looks like this:
Monday - 1 mile walk
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - 2 mile walk
Thursday - 45 minute water aerobics or WATP 3-miles
Friday - off
Saturday - 4 mile walk
Sunday - 45 minutes yoga

I miss my husband so much and I'm just eating my way through life. This cannot and will not continue! The rest of my life starts right now and it's my choice as to how I'll live it. I'm tired of being tired and I want to do something amazing.

By the way, it's not too late to contribute to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society - check it out!

That looks like a good schedule. Have you done the water aerobics before?--I can't remember. I have a picture in my mind of synchronized swimming, and I know that's not right.
