K.I.S.S.

Friday morning. So I've been working on this large, terribly important post now for days, mostly because Blogger ate like half of it after I'd saved it which demoralized me to the point of not wanting to look at the stupid thing again. In any case, this is my post to say that I'm still here and, although I'm leaving for a week in Portland for business, I'll still be checking email, so feel free to write if the spirit moves you. I'll also be keeping on with the Ten Percent-ing, so send lots of positive thoughts my way because I've never had a lot of success in being healthy while on the road for work.
